I currently teach both a course and summer workshop on mindfulness for musicians at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, and will be teaching a community course on mindfulness offered through Indiana University Life-Long Learning in spring of 2018. Along with my classes, I work with a selected number of individual clients as a personal mindfulness coach. This summer, I am launching a new teacher certification program for musicians interested in incorporating mindfulness into their work as teachers and musicians.
Below is more detailed information on courses, workshops, and individual coaching.
